Depart from Kampala to Kibale National Park, renowned as the “Primate Capital of the World” for its 13 primate species, including chimpanzees. Arrive and visit the Isunga Cultural Community to experience the vibrant cultures of the Batooro and Bakiga. Enjoy traditional music, dance, and cultural insights before checking into your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Begin with chimpanzee trekking from the Kanyanchu Visitors’ Center, where a briefing will prepare you for this exciting adventure. Track these fascinating primates and observe their behaviors in the wild. After the trek, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through scenic crater lakes. Enjoy an enroute game drive spotting various wildlife before checking into your lodge.
Start your day with an early morning game drive to observe predators and other wildlife such as lions, leopards, elephants, and giraffes.
