Itinerary

Depart from Entebbe or Kampala after breakfast and journey to Kibale National Park, renowned for its primate diversity, including chimpanzees, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and red colobus monkeys. Kibale is also home to various bird species and larger mammals like elephants and buffalos. Upon arrival, explore the nearby crater lakes or a tea plantation for a unique local experience before settling into your lodge.

Start your day with a drive to the Kanyanchu Tourist Information Centre for a briefing on chimpanzee trekking. With the guidance of a ranger, embark on your trek through the forest to observe chimpanzees and other primates. After the trek, enjoy lunch at your lodge before visiting the Isunga Cultural Community. Experience the rich cultures of the Batooro and Bakiga through guided nature walks, coffee experiences, traditional dances, and souvenir shopping.

After breakfast, head to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest conservation area. The park's diverse landscapes, divided by the Albert Nile, offer excellent game viewing opportunities. Upon arrival, embark on an evening game drive to spot wildlife in both the savannah and forested areas before returning to your lodge for the night.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, where you can encounter lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, and various antelopes. Return to the lodge for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile. Spot crocodiles, hippos, and other wildlife, and hike to the top of the falls for a stunning view of the powerful waterfall. Return to your lodge to unwind.

After breakfast, drive back towards Kampala with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to trek rhinos, completing your big five safari experience. Continue to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
